Sirita Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 is 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot. Fermented in French oak for 22 months. Unfiltered. This Cabernet Sauvignon was made from ripe and almost like classic European grapes. Palate is firm tannin and acidity, and very complex. You can obviously tell by looking at the fermentation, acidity, tannin, and balance of the wine that the grape was grown at an excellent vineyard. This 12-year-old wine can still be drunk to your heart. It is indeed less flavour and reserved while young but it changes to wonderful classic style which represents Napa Valley when matured. <<www.zillion-w.com>>
