We have been producing Yama-budou (V.Coignetiae), native of Japan, since 1988. It has been said that the quality of itself is lower than those of grapes grown for fermentation, however, we have kept believing the potential of this grape and have learned by trials and errors with the grape growers. We are hounered and and proud of receiving the Gold medal at the Japan Wine Challenge which is the leading wine concours in the world.
